Baji Okay Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baji okay ("we", "us", "the platform"). These Terms govern all use of the baji okay website, mobile platform, games and any related services.

Your continued use of baji okay after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.

Baji okay is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account registration at baji okay is free. Baji okay does not charge any fee to open or maintain an account. Any charges associated with deposits or withdrawals are set out in the payment section below.

All transactions at baji okay are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. Additional payment methods may be available and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit at baji okay is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your baji okay account instantly in most cases.
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact baji okay support with your transaction reference number.
• Baji okay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours during normal operating conditions.
• Baji okay may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Baji okay reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if irregular activity is suspected on the account.

Baji okay offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your baji okay account in BDT and can only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Abuse of bonus offers or promotions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, baji okay reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after verification.
